To establish a head office for the Accountant General. The proposal will see the development of a multi-storey mixed use office building designed to work in conjunction with the proposed multi-storey 792 car capacity parking garage to be built on the existing Northern Car Park lot.

The primary design goal is to transform an existing and potentially viable lot to meet the needs for the Accountant General’s Department (AGD) and to support the wider goal of downtown Kingston’s regeneration in providing modern sustainable amenities and creating a trend for environmentally conscious buildings.
