Description: The Urban Development Corporation is seeking a Joint Venture partner to develop and operate Beach Recreational Facilities on Booby Cay, Negril, Hanover. 
  Booby Cay is situated just offshore of Long Bay, Negril. The Cay is approximately 2.5 hectares in size and is predominantly a white limestone and dolomitic limestone formation. To the southern edge of the Cay there is a beach of approximately 4000 sq. meters, which, over the years, has been used as an informal recreational beach.
  The document "Statement of Intent" for the development of the property can be obtained from the offices of the Urban Development Corporation.
Interested parties wishing to participate in this unique Joint Venture opportunity must present the following information:
  • Proof of ability to finance the development  
  • Indicate their experience and ability to manage facilities of a similar nature 
  • Provide a Brief Concept Operational Plan for the facility
