Dunn’s River Falls Reopens

The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) wishes to advise our patrons that the Dunn’s River Falls and Park and the Green Grotto Caves and Attractions in St. Ann have now reopened following the passage of Hurricane Matthew. Our western attractions, Bluefields Beach Park in Westmoreland as well as Long Bay Beach Park 1 in Hanover, are also open.

We anticipate the re-opening of Reach Falls in Portland and Fort Clarence Beach Park in St Catherine, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

We also expect full recovery of operations by Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at all our subsidiaries and entities across the island.

We are indeed grateful that Jamaica has been spared the full brunt of the hurricane and we lift up prayers for our neighbouring countries.
