The St. Ann Development Company (SADCO), a subsidiary of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) hosts their second fireworks show with this year’s staging being dubbed ‘Fireworks on the Bay’ on Monday, December 31, 2018 at the Ocho Rios Bay Beach starting at 2:00 p.m.
The event will feature a Vending Village, boasting authentic Jamaican cuisine and crafts along Main Street, Ocho Rios as well as a Kiddie’s Village in the neighboring Turtle River Park. The stage show begins at 7 pm on the Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Fireworks will take place at midnight, and the event culminates at 2 am. Entertainment will be provided by: Ernie Smith, Devin Di Dakta, Rondell Positive, Lybran as well as JCDC performers among others.
SADCO will also be offering an all-inclusive VIP package to patrons at a cost of $4000 per person. Tickets are available for purchase at the SADCO Main Office at the Ocean Village Shopping Centre in Ocho Rios, St. Ann.

‘Fireworks on the Bay” marks a long standing commitment by SADCO to give back to the community of Ocho Rios and its environs.
This year they join parent company UDC for a synchronized fireworks display in celebration of the Corporation’s 50th Anniversary which will happen on the Kingston Waterfront from 3:00pm until 2:00am the following day.
SADCO manages the UDC assets in St Ann including Dunn’s River Falls & Park, Green Grotto Caves and Attractions as well as the Ocho Rios Bay Beach, Pearly Beach and Turtle River Park along with a number of real estate assets in St. Ann.
Patrons can access the venue from the Western Car Park across from Treasure Hunt Gaming. Parking will be available at both Shaw Park North and Shaw Park South adjacent to the Ocho Rios Jerk Centre.
