The Project Management Division is primarily responsible for the projects portfolio of the Corporation. As such, it monitors and manages both agency projects implemented by the UDC on behalf of the Government as well as investment projects developed internally.

The Division is organised in four (4) regional project teams, each of which is specifically responsible for one of the following geographical areas:

1. Kingston and St Andrew

2. St Catherine

3. Southwest Coast  Westmoreland, Hanover, St James and Trelawny

4. Northeast Coast - St Ann, St Mary and Portland
