Services Division (TSD) |
| Technical Services Division (TSD) is a
multi-disciplinary consultancy group providing technical services to the
Corporation. |
| TSD not only offers direct consultancy
services to the Corporation's projects, but is also responsible for
monitoring projects being carried out by external consultants on the
Corporation's behalf. |
Within
the TSD there are four departments:
- Architecture: which provides architectural and construction
management services.
- Urban and Regional Planning: which provides planning and
environmental services
- Engineering: which provides civil and structural engineering
services
- Quantity Surveying: which provides estimation services as well as
assisting the finance department in the processing of payment claims
on the Corporation's projects portfolio.
