Senator K.D. Knight, Chairman of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) (left) greets Dr. Carlton Davis, Ambassador and Special Envoy in the Office of the Prime Minister, who addressed the Corporation’s Board Retreat which took place January 29-30, 2014. During the retreat, Desmond Malcolm, UDC General Manager highlighted improvements made by the UDC in overall financial performance. The UDC, the nation’s leading urban and rural planning development agency, is celebrating 45 years of making development happen across the island.
