FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSIONAIRES FOR DUNN’S RIVER FALLS & PARK (CENTRAL GARDENS)
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites interested persons to submit proposals for Concession Opportunities at Dunn’s River Falls & Park.
Dunn's River Falls & Park (DRFP) is the premier attraction owned by the UDC. The amenities offered include: The Falls, Beach and Gardens, a Craft Market, four (4) Video and one (1) Hair Braiding Licensee, one (1) Merchandise Store, two (2) Water Shoes sales points and two (2) Snack Counters.
Applicants are invited to submit offers for any of the seven (7) shops available, in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Information Memorandum Documents (IMDs). The IMDs are available on the UDC’s website at www.udcja.com/tenders as of Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Each document is also available at the address below between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $2,500.00 per IMD by cash or Manager’s Cheque to the Urban Development Corporation.
REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION
Interested parties may seek and receive clarification of any part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) at any time, up to Friday, February 21, 2020 before 4:00 p.m.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
The “Technical” and “Financial” sections of the Proposal are to be packaged separately in sealed envelopes which are to be marked accordingly (that is, ‘Technical’ and ‘Financial’). Both envelopes are to be placed in a third envelope, sealed and labelled:

Sealed and labelled Proposals should be deposited on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 no later than 1:00 p.m., in the Tender Box labelled “Request for Proposals - Dunn’s River Falls & Park” located on the ground floor of the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston.
The opening of proposals will commence at 1:15 p.m., on the same day on the Ground Floor of the UDC Office.
