Procurement Advisory Update May 4, 2020
Further to Procurement Advisory that the Urban Development Corporation had extended all active bids for an undetermined period, the Corporation now advises that the new deadline for submission of the following bids and or proposals is May 14, 2020.
The bids are to be sealed and labelled for the subject tender or bid and deposited in the appropriate tender box located on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building at 12 Ocean Boulevard. Bidders are to be guided as follows:
CATHERINE HALL ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX, ST JAMES
The bid is to be deposited no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 14, 2020, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on the same day.
ONE MAN BEACH, ST. JAMES
Bids are to be deposited no later than 10:30 a.m. on May 14, 2020 and will be opened at 10:45 a.m. on the same day.
ATM FOR DUNN’S RIVER FALLS & PARK AND THE OCHO RIOS PROMENADE
The bids are to be deposited no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 14, 2020. The bids will be opened at 11:15 a.m. on the same day
EAST ELEVATION WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND CONCRETE REPAIRS, OFFICE CENTRE BUILDING, KINGSTON
The timeline for submission of this bid is May 28, 2020. Bids are to be deposited no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 28, 2020 and will be opened at 11:15 a.m. on the same day
The UDC thanks the interested bidders for their understanding during the period of postponement. The Corporation must however remind all bidders that in keeping with the established protocols, proposals submitted after the advised date and time will automatically be rejected. Further, the UDC reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity at any time and to not accept the highest or any offer submitted.
