Request for Proposals Commercial Spaces for Lease at Harmony Beach Park
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites proposals for the operation of three (3) units in the main commercial building at the Harmony Beach Park, Montego Bay St. James. The Corporation seeks qualified business entities to rent, operate and maintain, entertainment, recreational and other retail-type concessions in the main building.
- Unit 2 - approximately 590 sq. ft. in floor area
- Unit 4A - approximately 460 sq. ft. in floor area
- Unit 4B - approximately 412 sq. ft. floor
INFORMATION MEMORANDUM DOCUMENT:
Applicants are invited to submit offers in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Information Memorandum Document (IMD). The IMD is available on the UDC's website at www.udcja.com/business-opportunities as of June 7, 2021. The IMD is also available at the address below between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, for a non-refundable fee of $3,500.00 by cash or Manager's Cheque, payable to the Urban Development Corporation. Please note there is no cost to download the IMD from the website.

Proposals must be deposited by, July 8, 2021 no later than 10:00 a.m., in the appropriately labelled Tender Box, located on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston. Proposals submitted after this time and date will be automatically rejected.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders must clearly indicate in their technical proposal the space they are bidding for. Bidders can bid on any number of spaces; however, they are required to submit individual bids for each space separately.
The opening of proposals will commence at 10:15 a.m. on the same day on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building.
The Urban Development Corporation reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity at any time. The Corporation also reserves the right not to accept the highest or any offer submitted.
