Request for Proposals - Food Court Shop Rental Closed Harbour Beach Park
Further to the tender process in November 2020, the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites additional applications for the rental of two (2) shops in the food court at the newly developed Closed Harbour Beach Park in Montego Bay, St. James. The shops are being offered under a one (1) year term licence with the option to renew after assessment; opportunity is targeted for St. James operators.
The food court shops include the following features:
• The shops are 220 sq. ft. and are constructed from reinforced concrete.
• All units have direct access to water and sewage with grease traps installed.
• Units are set up for individual utility metering and billing.
A minimum rate of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars (J$3,800.00) per sq. ft. per annum per shop is required for bids to be considered and GCT is to be included or will be added to the amount submitted. Applicants are invited to indicate their preferred location.
Proposals for the rental of these shops must be submitted in envelopes sealed and labelled "Request for Proposals, Food Court Shop Rental at Closed Harbour Beach Park" and must be submitted by Thursday, March 11, 2021 at or before 10:00 a.m.
Sealed and labelled proposals should be deposited in the Tender Box labelled "Request for Proposals, Food Court Shop Rental at Closed Harbour Beach Park" located at the UDC Head Office, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston or Montego Bay Branch, 42-44 Fort Street, Montego Bay, St. James by the submission deadline. Proposals received after the required date and time will not be accepted.
