Request for Proposals Reach Falls
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) invites interested persons to submit proposals for the following Concession opportunities at Reach Falls, Portland:
(1) ATTRACTIONS CONCESSION
(2) FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION
(3) SNACK SHOP CONCESSION
Applicants are invited to submit offers in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Information Memorandum Document (IMD). The IMDs are available below as of Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The documents are also available at the address below between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $3,500.00 per IMD by cash or Manager's Cheque payable to the Urban Development Corporation.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
The "Technical" and "Financial" sections of the Proposal are to be packaged separately in sealed envelopes which are to be marked accordingly (that is, 'Technical' and 'Financial'). Both envelopes are to be placed in a third envelope, sealed and labelled either:
"Request for Proposal, Attractions Concession - Reach Falls"
or
"Request for Proposal, Food and Beverage Concession - Reach Falls"
or
"Request for Proposal, Snack Shop Concession - Reach Falls"
and addressed to:

7th Floor, Urban Development Corporation
12 Ocean Boulevard
Kingston Mall, Kingston
Proposals must be deposited by Thursday, April 8, 2021 no later than 2:00 p.m., in the appropriately labelled Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of the Office Centre Building, 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston.
The opening of Proposals will commence at 2:15 p.m., on the same day on the Ground Floor of the UDC Office.
Proposals submitted after this time and date will automatically be rejected and disqualified.
The Urban Development Corporation reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity at any time.
The Corporation also reserves the right not to accept the highest or any offer submitted.
